Guided Meditation Podcast

The Guided Meditation Podcast

I mentioned in an earlier post that one of the things I wanted to do with this blog was have some fun and make some money while contributing to society in some way. I also said that I wanted to try doing podcasts.

I think it’s a really cool idea that you can listen to this stuff on your mp3 player. So if you are in the car or walking around, why not listen to something that will motivate you or help you out in some way?

On that note, I bring you the first podcast from RaymondBurton.com. It is a guided meditation for those that need to focus on something while trying meditation as opposed to going totally blank. Its good for an active mind to have something to imagine until its no longer needed

I originally read this guided meditation in “Grist For The Mill” by Ram Dass. If this is some kind of copywrite infringement then I will take it down. I figure if it may help the spiritual evolution of another soul, its likely that someone like Ram Dass wouldn’t mind me transferring his words into an mp3. But just in case

So without further hoopla, here is a guided meditation read by Raymond Burton and written by Ram Dass.

About Raymond Burton

Writing here is treating me well and I enjoy it a ton. I enjoy..no make that love working out, but one on one personal training is a time for money style of job. So unfortunately there is a limit to the amount of people I can help with my advice in any given day unless I wanted to work 24/7. Doing that also limits the amount of time I can spend on non-money making passions. I also found that putting my all into getting results for a person limited the amount of people I could give 100% to. This is where the internet entered. I found that with the buildingbodies.ca training site I could put everything I knew about physical activity on the net and everyone would have access to it for free

  2. All human situations have their inconveniences. We feel those of the present but neither see nor feel those of the future; and hence we often make troublesome changes without amendment, and frequently for the worse.

  3. If there were in the world today any large number of people who desired their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we could have paradise in a few years.
