This one is great. Its nice when you wake up in the morning and check your email only to find something that is going to make your day great. Once hug at a time, we can all turn peoples days around!

My girlfriends, brother in laws…..sister? Jen is her name anyway, she gives the best hugs. Its like all barriers between people come crashing down and for those three seconds, someone really cares about only you. Its one of those things that are impossible to not to smile after.

Even when you dont know someone that well, the best way to tell them that you like them if you dont know what to say is a simple hug! This method wouldnt have worked so well in my infantry days, but then again, maybe if I tried it I would have gotten a laugh. At any rate, watch the video and feel great. Then go hug someone in your family!
