Well I’m pretty excited because I finally have enough air miles to take a free trip!

So I’ve bought my ticket to New York NY. Got the ticket but no hotel. (update: Staying at a hotel called night) Not worried at this point because I’m hoping I get a deal on a hotel through (A) where I get usually can get some sweet deals last minute.

I’m going to go with anything from a 3 star to 5 start depending mostly on the deals available. Mostly the hotel will just be a place to crash because there is so much I want to see.

lion king new yorkFirst thing booked is a night at the to see THE LION KING. The Broadway Musical by Disney. Location? Broadway New York NY Minskoff theatre. Totally redundant putting BroadWay New York NY there, but hey… I’m excited and it’s fun to say, well, write.

I’m going to talk more about each New York NY experience in it’s own separate piece here on the blog so this page will act as more of a New York NY ‘to do’ list with articles streaming off from it. I’ll be doing the same thing with Thailand later this year.

The next thing booked for the New York NY trip is going to be a bike tour of Central Park. These include but are not limited to the Movie Scene Tour, the Brooklyn Bridge Tour, the Sex in the City Tour and well as Private Tours/Group Tours.

I just think it’s going to be cool to see a lot of the special New York NY places in person that I’ve seen in the movies over the years.

To tell you the truth, I’m still undecided as to which tour to do. The fitness side of me wants to do the 12 mile Brooklyn Bridge tour but the fun and curious side of me wants the central park tour. Mostly because of the Central Park Zoo. Actually the more I think of it and the more I visit the Central Park Zoo website http://www.centralparkzoo.com/ the more I want to go there. I mean… How fun does that look!?

The Central Park Zoo has Snow Leopards! Bike tour or not, I have to go there.

New York Clubs

I want to check out a couple of techno clubs while I’m in New York NY as well. So far it’s been really hard to find a club. They open and close and most seem a little out of the way. PACHA could be a winner but please let me know if you dig a vibe at a place. Hardstyle would be awesome but I’m just wishing. I’d settle for any electronic music and a black light :-)

It also looks like I may be dropping in on a workout session in a park in Brooklyn with the Highlandaz. Just exchanged emails with Bandana Redd and he said to drop by but I had to be ready for a workout… cool stuff.
