I’ve started a 30 day trial of eating all organic foods and keeping it mostly raw. I’m not blogging about it on this blog because I don’t know if that kind of thing interests my readers here. So I have it on my diet and nutrition blog here: Eating Raw Foods From An Organic Farm
I would enjoy your comments, experiences, questions or any advice you have. The true essence of this experiment IS personal development when you boil it down. The body and the mind are connected. We all know this and that is why I have the personal training business here in Calgary. It is harder to love the world when your body is in pain. At this point in my life, physical fitness is where the majority of my skills are and so that is the information that I have tried to get out there the most.
Now I realize that there is a big veil of misinformation out there with our food. It’s shocking actually. There are food additives in there that shouldn’t be and nutrients missing from there that should be. If you are not eating healthy then you are heading for trouble. If you are trying to eat healthy but are not doing organic then you’re trying to fuel your body off cement caked cardboard. Of course that’s an exaggeration but not by much.
