Aweber Support Is Great…

I called Aweber Support today with a problem and they were awesome. Actually let me back up for a second in case you don’t know what Aweber is or does.

Aweber is the company that handles all my emails send outs like my newsletters, article updates and special accouncements.

Aweber Customer SupportBack to the main point. When I phoned, I was actually the first caller right off, waited maybe 15 seconds and had my question answered and problem fixed in under 2 minutes. How cool is that?

I have to tell you, these days, you wait on the phone for 30 minutes to tell the police an axe murderer just chopped your head off. K, well not really but you know what I’m saying. I like it when a company makes it easy to use there service.

So what was the problem?

It’s kind of silly actually. Well, most problems are once you know the solution.

I was reorganizing the order that my automatic emails for the Fat To Fit email course went out in. I added a new article that I wanted sent out at the beginning of the course emails sequence. Well every time I clicked and dragged the article to the new position it would just zap me to the editing panel for that article. So I tried another browser. No love.

Now usually I would keep trying new things for a couple of hours until I figured it out but that method is starting to get real old, real fast as I find myself running out of time to be as rich as I wanted to be at this age. (sound familiar?)

New approach? Call the people who know more about it than me and get an answer.

I did.

They gave me a solution and I more pleased than ever that I give Aweber my business.
